Handmade with love in North Adams, Massachusetts, this flowy, poofy, gathered skirt was made from upcycled fabric and is completely one of a kind. It was sewn on a vintage sewing machine.
It is sized Women's XL. A waist measurement that is anywhere from 34" - 38” should fit nicely.
This upcycled Little Mermaid fabric is 100% cotton, so it's very lightweight and soft. The waistband is constructed with four narrow bands of elastic, which achieves wonderful comfort and fantastic stretch. The paper bag style waist paired with just over the knee length creates a unique and flattering silhouette. The skirt is fully lined with a white poly/cotton broadcloth material. The lining hangs below the main fabric to give a petticoat style look, and helps achieve overall opacity as the Little Mermaid fabric alone would be a little see-through. This skirt has discreet side pockets!
Cold gentle wash and cool tumble dry. Remove promptly.
